This is a required meeting for everyone who plans to judge the BBQ competition at our annual Family Gathering. We will review all the details for the event, including:
- Meat categories
- Judging rules and scoring scale
- How to evaluate each meat category
- Q&A time
This should be a fun and casual event. You do not need to bring anything to the event.
